Description
On the construction of the dam. Reel 1 shows views along the Columbia River. Excavations are made with steam shovels and soil removed on belt conveyors. Concrete is mixed. Reel 2, cement is unloaded into steel silos. Shows panoramic views of the construction explaining the prospective operation of the dam for irrigation and hydro-electric purposes.
