Description
This is one of two Christopher Nupen films about the music and the artistic intentions of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, one of the greats and a composer with an immediate appeal for many millions of people. The first, Tchaikovsky's women, covers the years up to the composition of Eugene Onegin and his disastrous marriage to Antonina Milyukova. The women refferred to in the title are his vulnerable young heroines.
