Core off the floor!
Description
Core Off the Floor! is designed for individuals who are tired of performing endless crunches. The video provides an overview of a unique approach to core training that involves removing the crunches, getting off the mat, and putting kettlebells, medicine balls, and BOSU® Ballast™ Balls in the participant's hands. The video explains how exercisers can swing and clean, lift, shift and shake, or throw and catch, while engaging muscles so deep they'll wonder what they've been doing all these years with their core training. Not only are the exercises effective, but they are also functional, where participants learn to use momentum to their advantage and operate in a vertical manner that is similar to what they encounter every day.
