Description
Know Your Scopes features an overview of the benefits of using an otoscope to examine the ear. The video details how otoscopic techniques can be helpful in both diagnostic and clinical decision-making. The video also reviews the anatomy of the three compartments of the ear, as well as discusses common infections and pathologies of the ear. In the hands-on lab portion of the video, techniques for using two of the more recently developed otoscopes are explained and shown.
