Global grooves
Description
Global Grooves examines the fact that most dance-based classes are based on five basic moves. The video takes those moves, and with some simple adjustments, transforms them into new and different movement patterns that can be used in multiple dance formats, including modern, tribal, Latin, and Arabic. The video details how personal trainers and group-exercise instructors, once they've mastered the ""foundation five,"" will be able to teach easy-to-follow combos that are doable by any fitness, skill, or interest level of participant. The video is designed to enable fitness professionals to put a global spin on their classes and increase their choreography library in the process.
