Ek ghar

Description

Rajshekar and his wife, Geeta are on the search for a new house. With the help of his aunt, the couple move into a house where the previous tenants' large bed remains. Geeta is initially against sleeping on the bed as that would cost them to inherit the previous owners' unfulfilled wishes. However, the bed is too large to be moved out of the house and the couple end up using it. Their happiness proves to be short-lived when a noisy family moves into the shed next door, keeping them awake at night. Rajshekar's work performance deteriorates as does his relationship with his wife, as his tolerance runs out. He tries all ways and means of getting rid of the family and finally succeeds. Alas, he is unable to find peace despite the fulfillment of his wish and the new-found silence proves to be deafening.
