Description
Sisouk na Champassak served as Secretary General of the Royal Government in the Kingdom of Laos. Sisouk na Champassak discusses the hope for a neutral Laos during the 1960s. He also discusses his relationship with Vang Pao. At the time, Sisouk na Champassak was in charge of the finances of the Royal Government and was assisting in the care of National Defense. He recalls that during the fall of Long Tieng and how working with Vang Pao to help strategize a way to defend Long Tieng. Sisouk na Champassak also recalls the reasoning behind his government signing the Accord of Vientiane and why the government fell in 1945.
