Description
Nguyen Thi Tuyet was a resident of Hanoi and a survivor of the 1972 "Christmas Bombing." She describes the night of the bombing from her perspective in a bomb shelter, and how when she emerged to help those in trouble she saw that entire rows of houses had been flattened. She and her neighbors were able to rescue 13 people from the rubble, but were unable to save those who had been trapped inside their bomb shelters.
