A group of Maths teachers in Bromley are working to improve their Assessment for Learning strategies to make mathematics a more positive experience for themselves and their pupils. This programme observes a Year 9 maths class working on graphs, equations and coordinates as their teacher tries out some of the new Assessment for Learning techniques for the first time. Does the teacher manage to change her traditional approach, and how do the pupils respond to this new style of teaching and learning?
