Integrating physical handling and vision intervention in CVA & TBI
Description
This seminar discusses the importance of integrating physical handling with the functional vision needs of the client. Postural control related to spatio-temporal orientation is discussed. Specific handling treatment techniques are presented along with the basic characteristics of visual midline shift syndrome and post trauma vision syndrome. Specific information about the nature and use of prism lenses is discussed and demonstrated.
