Description
A series of abductions terrorize a college town. The prime suspect, a recently paroled sexual offender. Violent criminals present a difficult problem for the American criminal justice system. Rex Allen Krebs was not considered especially violent by the state of California and not given a psychological evaluation before his 1997 release. What happend next are the tragedies that followed. The case ultimately brings into question the California penal system's treatment of sexual predators.
