Russell Grigg, Quality Assurance Officer at Trinity University College in Carmarthen, talks to final year students about problem-based learning and how it can help them whan dealing with situations in the classroom.The focus is a fictional scenario where a parent with English as a second language writes a letter of complaint to the school. The students then engage in role play sessions assisted by English lecturer Catherine Bleasedale, and work through various situations that arise at a parents evening.
