Description
This programme is aimed at both NQTs in primary and secondary schools and senior staff and policy makers in local authorities. It shows how one London borough (Sutton) was able to plan a comprehensive induction training programme for NQTs from across the borough. NQTs themselves reflect on the value of the programme for their own CPD while members of the training school consortium consider the value to the authority in retaining newly qualified staff that the programme facilitated.
