Creating a School follows the development of a brand new secondary school north of Bristol, from the bricks and mortar stage to the first day of term. In this unique film, exclusive access was given by the head teacher, Dave Baker, over a six month period as his team set about creating a school from scratch. The film follows everything from the hiring of staff to forming the first student council.
