Description
Airbus' double-decker jet, the A380, is the largest passenger airliner ever built Lengthwise, it would nearly stretch from goal line to goal line of a football field. In a one-class tourist class configuration, it could accommodate more than 800 passengers. As tall as an eight-storey building, the plane weighs as much as 120 grown up elephants and dwarfs the 747 jumbo jets, with 50 per cent more floor space. The A380 includes 12 private beyond first class suites that are enclosed by sliding doors and fitted with a leather seat, flat screen TV and full sized double beds. This fascinating documentary takes off from Singapore to Sydney, and during the flight you will meet passengers, crew and experience the new era in modern aviation.
