Description

An Omnibus television programme which explores the life and work of Eve Arnold, woman photographer. Her success as an untrained woman who became a leading photographer with Life magazine and the Sunday Times (London) colour magazine is legendary. She embraced issues of social justice while also working with film stars such as Marilyn Monroe, royalty and world leaders as well as exploring foreign and exotic cultures. Throughout she managed to maintain her own family life as a mother and grandmother.
