Extreme moves training method

Description

Includes exercises, many performed with an exercise ball, for conditioning the body to perform the gymnastic movements which are prevalent in today's choreography. Includes a regimen of strength-building and balance exercises and techniques. The exercises train dancers to perform rotational, upside down, and gyroscopic movements and to use unusual parts of the body for balance, taking weight, and locomotion.
