For this exceptional event, in memory of America's greatest tenor and dedicated to supporting talented young American singers, Maestro Julius Rudel leads the Philharmonia Orchestra, the Royal Opera Chorus and a remarkable cast of artists: Cecilia Bartoli, Grace Bumbry, Christine Goerke, Aprile Millo, Alexandre Agache, David Daniels and Daniel Sumegi. The programme includes archive footage of Richard Tucker.
