Academic Advising

SSS advisors offer intensive support for their students by keeping the lines of communication open. SSS students are always able to contact and meet with their advisor whenever they feel they need to.

The major goal of the SSS advisors is to guide students towards their successful completion of a bachelor's degree. To reach this goal, SSS advisors help you decide which classes to take, help you discover your interests around campus and how to explore them, help you develop a graduation and employment plan, help you understand your STAR report and guide you through your college career.

Any questions you may have about classes, conflicts in your schedule, your major or minor, applying to your college or any other concerns are always encouraged to be expressed to your advisor so he or she can help.

No matter the problem or question you have, your advisor is there as your "guide" to find the solution.
