Nancy Harrison has been affiliated with the federal TRiO programs for over 15 years.  Working with students is the highlight of her job but a great deal of her time is spent preparing reports, planning events, overseeing budgets and writing grants.  She plans to become more expert in the financial aid and graduate school admissions areas.

 

Margaret Martin, Academic Advisor/Tutor Coordinator

Margaret Martin can find students a tutor for any subject they might need help with or in which they wish to improve their grade.  She is available for academic advising, specializing in College of Nursing and College of Letters and Science majors.  A native of Oshkosh, Margaret is also a great resource person for city of Oshkosh questions.

Frank Holmes earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees at UW Oshkosh. His experience as an alumnus of UW Oshkosh is invaluable to him in his position as Academic Advisor/Career Counselor.  Frank is available for academic advising, specializing in College of Business majors, class registration, job search and resume/cover letter assistance.

 

Mehgan Clark, Academic Advisor/Peer Mentoring Coordinator

Mehgan Clark is the Coordinator for the Peer Mentoring Program. She brings experience and expertise in science, study abroad opportunities, and of course, mentoring, to the SSS students. Her goal is to provide support and encouragement for students, so they are able to achieve both personal and academic success!  She is the advisor for students in the College of Education as well as Biology and Pre-professional Health fields. 

 

Sarah Currie, University Services Associate

Sarah provides program support to the SSS staff and can assist students in setting up appointments with advisors, signing up for academic and cultural enrichment activities, referrals to campus services, etc.  Sarah is a 2005 graduate of UW Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and History.
