Professional Facilitator Position
Location: Changes Group Home, New London
Job Responsibilities: Professional Facilitators are responsible for the supervision of male juveniles ages 12-17 court ordered into the program. The duties include providing structure, accountability, mentoring, and guidance to the residents. Youth Care Professionals are also responsible for preparing written reports, transporting youth, coordinating services with community professionals, and maintaining health and safety standards of exceptional care.
Hours: This position works every other weekend. The shift begins at 3pm on Friday and concludes Sunday evening at 10p.m. Sleep time is allowed with sleeping quarters provided.
Pay: $7.65 hourly
