Physical Education: Wheelchair Basketball
Aaron Erickson, Scott Koss and Theresa Michalski, students enrolled in the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Education and Human Services’ human kinetics and health education program, teach Oshkosh’s St. John Neumann Middle School students how to play wheelchair basketball during the middle school’s Special Interest Day.

University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Education and Human Services Physical Education students and alumni volunteer their time to work with individuals who have special needs in an adaptive aquatic environment at the downtown Oshkosh YMCA.
Military Science ROTC
The Fox Valley Army ROTC Battalion at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh trains college students to become leaders in the community or commissioned officers in the U.S. Army, while earning a minor in Military Science. The Fox Valley Army ROTC Battalion recently went through training exercises at Kolf Sports Center.

2010 Geology Research in China
During the 2009-2010 winter break, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh senior Paula Richter and geology professor Dan Lehrman conducted geologic field work with an international team, studying the Nanpanjiang basin in southern China.
