10th-Annual Earth Charter Summit

The 10th-annual Earth Charter Summit kicks off the weeklong summit with an open house at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Community Garden Oct. 17. Students helped prepare the garden for winter while Nicole Rae and the Traveling Suitcase gave a live musical performance.
