The mission of the Wisconsin Tobacco Prevention and Control Program is to improve health by preventing tobacco abuse, promoting tobacco dependence treatment, protecting all residents and visitors from exposure to secondhand smoke, and identifying and eliminating tobacco-related disparities. This mission will be accomplished by partnering with state and local leaders to implement a research-based, comprehensive tobacco prevention and control plan.
American Legacy Foundation
The American Legacy Foundation® is dedicated to building a world where young people reject tobacco and anyone can quit. The foundation develops programs to address the health effects of tobacco use and for populations disproportionately affected by tobacco through grants, research, technical assistance and training, youth activism, communicatrions, partnerships, counter-marketing and grassroots campaigns. The American Legacy Foundation will serve as the exclusive sponsor for the summit breakfast on Wednesday, September 23.
The American Cancer Society Midwest Division
The American Cancer Society is the nationwide community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service. The American Cancer Society Midwest Division will serve as the exclusive sponsor for the summit refreshment break on Monday afternoon, September 21.

We administer programs maintaining the health and safety of all citizens of Wyoming and our primary approach in solving health problems is prevention.
Montana Tobacco Use Prevention Program
The mission of the Montana Tobacco Use Prevention Program (MTUPP) is to address the public health crisis caused by the use of all forms of commercial tobacco products. MTUPP will work to eliminate tobacco use, especially among young peope, via programs and policies throughout Montana.
Tobacco Free Nebraska
Tobacco Free Nebraska (TFN) is Nebraska’s comprehensive tobacco prevention program that works to: help people quit, eliminate exposure to secondhand smoke, keep youth from starting and reach underserved populations. The movement includes many partners across the state.
FACT (Fighting Against Corporate Tobacco)
FACT is Wisconsin's youth-driven movement seeking to empower young people to make informed choices about tobacco by learning the facts about how the industry targets them. FACT youth are taking action statewide and in their communities to expose Big Tobacco's lies and empower them and their friends to fight back. FACT is part of the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services' Tobacco Prevention and Control Program.
Wyoming Through With Chew
Wyoming Through With Chew began in 2002. Many of our programs are featured on ThroughWithChew.com, a resource for tobacco prevention advocates, healthcare providers, and other organizations and individuals who care about tobacco prevention, education, and cessation.
Delta Dental of Oklahoma Charitable Foundation
At the Delta Dental of Oklahoma Charitable Foundation, we believe everybody deserves good oral health. Our mission is to facilitate dental health and education in the state of Oklahoma by funding programs and services that promote oral health. The Foundation is Oklahoma's largest single contributor to dental health and education-related projects and initiatives.
ETR Associates, a non-profit publishing and research organization, is a leading publisher of patient education, health promotion, health education curricula materials. ETR bridges research, practice and policy through its Training and Program Development, Research and Evaluation, and Clearinghouse Services. The publishing division offers a complete line of resources on tobacco prevention, smoking cessation and secondhand smoke, including the evidence-based prevention program TNT: Towards No Tobacco Use and the new smokeless tobacco prevention program SOS: Spotlight On Smokeless. Products include pamphlets, booklets, posters, curricula, videos and DVDs. ETR has been conducting research and publishing health education resources since 1981.

The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh
Office of Continuing Education and Extension provides innovative programming to people of all ages and backgrounds. We partner with schools, industry and public and private organizations to provide access to a wide variety of learning opportunities. These include conferences and workshops, personal enrichment series, youth summer camps, and learning in retirement.
