UWOSHRM provides incentives to our members for getting involved. Using an incentive point system, we distribute gold, silver, or bronze awards at a banquet celebrating each semester's successes. The banquets are held at the end of each semester. Students use an easy-to-use Excel spreadsheet to track their incentive points.

In addition to these awards, UWOSHRM provides a $100 cash award to the winner of our Outstanding Service Award, also awarded at the banquet each semester.
