Resource Persons: In order to provide assistance with
the implementation of this policy, the University has established
a Sexual Harassment Resource Group, comprised of two males and two
females from each of the following groups: the faculty, the academic
staff, the classified staff, and the students.
Resource persons should be available to assist those with sexual harassment
concerns in any of the following:
1. As a resource for information and referral.
2. As support in meetings with the Director of Affirmative Action
or other representatives of the university , as requested by the individual.
3. To assist in the resolution process as requested by the individual.
Those persons who agreed to serve as Resource Person received training
on sexual harassment, including appropriate listening, response and
resolution strategies.
