Science Outreach offers summer camp for students in grades 2-7.
Summer camps will be running this year from Aug. 11-13 (Tu-Th) and Aug. 18-20 (Tu-Th).

All camps are single day sessions. Each one runs from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Students who will be in 2nd - 7th grade next year are eligible to come to camp. They will be divided into 2nd - 4th grade and 5th - 7th grade groups, and do age appropriate activities associated with the days topic.

Session I: August 11-13
That's Gross: August 11 - Eeew! If it’s squishy, sticky, or downright disgusting we’ll explore it. Get messy and bring home several gooey slimes and plenty of other things to gross your parents out.

Crime Scene Investigation: August 12 - Be the first to solve the mystery by learning and using real techniques to solve a crime.

Bodies and Brains: August 13 - Explore how the human body functions
while testing your own intelligence and capabilities.

Session II: August 18-20
Let's Grow: August 18 - It's time to get dirty! Dig into what makes
plants grow and thrive, then make an herb garden to take home.

Build It: August 19 - Explore
engineering as you design, build, and test contraptions including rockets,
cars, bridges, and more!
(Registration deadline - August 13)
Super Spy: August 20 - Mission possible! Sneak around campus with gadgets you make, then take them home to keep an eye on your stuff.

A $10 deposit must accompany registration to hold a place. The balance is due on the first day of camp. Unless otherwise requested, your cancelled check will be your receipt.

Bring along a sack lunch each day. Lunch is supervised.

Cancellations received before July 15, will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 15. UW Oshkosh reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment, as well as the right to limit enrollment due to excessive demand. Please advise us when you register if handicapped accommodations are needed. All requests are kept confidential.
