August 18: Minerals Rock
Explore the world of minerals and rocks! Make crystals, crack into some rocks, explore mining techniques, and view our collection of minerals from around the world.
August 19: Kid Chemistry
Pop, whizz, fizz! Spend the day making slime, putty, and other chemical concoctions. End the session with a bang at our "Fire and Ice" chemistry demonstration, which includes a ton of explosions and our signature liquid nitrogen ice cream!
August 20: Catapults
Watch out! Things will be flying in this camp where you will learn about the mechanics of catapults and build a few contraptions to take home. If the weather's nice, we'll even be launching balloons!
August 25: Science of Magic
Is it magic? No, it's Science! Learn a bunch of cool tricks, and learn the science behind them. Then join us for a fun-filled show put on by our teaching assistants.
August 26: Buzzin' Bugs
They fly, they climb, and they crawl. Explore the world of insects, and learn the true definition of a "bug". We will catch them, study them, and even race them!
August 27: Survivor Kid
Join us for a day out at the nature preserve while we learn outdoor survival skills. Build a shelter, learn about edible plants, put together a survival kit, and learn how to orient yourself in the woods.
