Strategic Planning for Growth & Expansion

 

 

This two-hour workshop will discuss the importance of strategic planning in the growth and expansion of a small business, and how the owner(s) of the business can make their business vision a reality by developing needed team-work building, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

In addition to time for questions and answers, each workshop participant will receive a notebook with useful information and forms, along with contact information for local organizations which provide free assistance to small business.

Fee: $25 per person

Cancellation Policy

You may withdraw without penalty if we receive notice at least five business days before the day of the program. After that time, there will be a $5 administrative fee. If you fail to attend without canceling your registration, you will be charged the full fee.
