Starting a Small Business The First StepThis two-hour workshop will discuss the practical steps required to successfully start a business, including how to write a business plan, determine what legal structure to use, create a winning team, select a business location and secure startup financing.
In addition to a packet of useful information and time for questions and answers, there will also be an opportunity for participants to meet one-on-one with representatives of local organizations which provide free counseling and technical assistance to startup businesses.
Registration Fee: $25 per person

Cancellation Policy
You may withdraw without penalty if we receive notice at least five business days before the day of the program. After that time, there will be a $5 administrative fee. If you fail to attend without canceling your registration, you will be charged the full fee.
