Managing Cash Flow
This two-hour workshop will discuss how to develop realistic projections of revenues and expenses, and use various financial statements to manage a business. In addition, there will also be a discussion of how to best manage credit & collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory to improve cash flow.
In addition to time for questions and answers, each workshop participant will receive a notebook with useful information and forms, along with contact information for local organizations which provide free assistance to startup and existing small businesses.

Cancellation Policy
You may withdraw without penalty if we receive notice at least five business days before the day of the program. After that time, there will be a $5 administrative fee. If you fail to attend without canceling your registration, you will be charged the full fee.
