Financial Management for Small Business

 

This two-hour workshop will discuss the skills needed to manage the finances of a small business, including the critical areas of cash management, bookkeeping, and financial controls. There will also be an explanation of basic financial statements, including balance sheets, cash flow statements and profit & loss statements.

In addition to time for questions and answers, each workshop participant will receive a notebook with useful information and forms, along with contact information for local organizations which provide free assistance to small business.

Cancellation Policy

You may withdraw without penalty if we receive notice at least five business days before the day of the program. After that time, there will be a $5 administrative fee. If you fail to attend without canceling your registration, you will be charged the full fee.
