Robert O'Donnell

Bob O'Donnell is director of the UW Oshkosh office of the Wisconisn Small Business Development Center Network. Bob has over seventeen years of business experience, including ten years managing his own business - a diversified publishing and management consulting business that had customers located throughout the U.S. and Canada. He also has over fourteen years of experience in adult education working in the fields of small business assistance, information technology, economic development, and tourism. Phil Florek

Phil Florek is the business counselor for the UW Oshkosh office of the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center Network. Phil has over ten years of recent experience as president or CEO
of family and closely-held businesses. Among his specialities are improving financial performance, sales, marketing and customer service. He also

Sandy Nigl

Sandy has worked for UW Oshkosh since 1974,
and serves as the program assistant for the UW Oshkosh office of the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center for more than 25 years. She coordinates the center’s programming and counseling activities, including registrations for workshops and other training events offered through the Small Business Development Center, as well as the Center for Community Partnerships (CCP) and Center for Innovation (CFI).
