Robert O'Donnell

Bob O'Donnell is the director of the Small Business Development Center at UW Oshkosh, which serves a seven-county area of East Central Wisconsin. Bob has over seventeen years of business experience, including ten years managing his own business - a diversified publishing and management consulting business that had customers located throughout the U.S. and Canada. He also has over fourteen years of experience in adult education working in the fields of small business assistance, information technology, economic development, and tourism.

Terri Hansen

Terri has been working for the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Small Business Development Center as a part-time counselor since 2000. She has demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit for over 20 years by founding and leading five successful companies while coaching hundreds of employees. Terri has a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Nursing and has earned numerous awards and recognition for her business and mentoring savvy. Some of these include: The Entrepreneur and Small Business Person of the Year, The Mentor of the Year, The Blue Chip Enterprise Initiative and last but certainly not least, her company was voted the "Best of the Best" by the Quality of Management in America Study for her focus on employee empowerment.

Sandy Nigl

Program Support
Sandy has worked for UW Oshkosh since 1974, and in the capacity of program assistant for the Small Business Development Center for more than 25 years. She coordinates the center’s programming and counseling activities, including registrations for workshops and other training events offered through the Small Business Development Center, as well as the Center for Community Partnerships (CCP) and Center for Innovation (CFI).
