 The fifth annual WiRSA Fall Conference beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 and concluding at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2013 is shaping up to be a tremendous opportunity to gain new ideas for strengthening your school district and networking with your rural colleagues.
