The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh would like to welcome you to the 1st Annual Recruitment and Retention Conference. This conference will bring together experts in the areas of recruitment and retention to provide practical strategies for faculty and staff to use on a day-to-day basis to recruit and retain adult students.

The objectives of the conference are to:

• Provide practical strategies for faculty and staff to use on a day-to-day basis to recruit and retain adult students.
• Organize key staff and resources on college campuses to recruit and retain adult students.
• Learn about model practices from other campuses across the Midwest.
• Assess your recruitment and retention efforts.
• Build your own recruitment and retention “tool boxes.”
