Address Change

To change your home, local or billing address, please use Titan Web. To change your home address, you can download the address change form, complete and return it to:

Name Change

• Download a Change of Name Form and return it to the Registrar's office.

• Come to Dempsey 130 and complete the form.

• Graduate students may contact The Office of Graduate Studies.

Dropping Last Class

If you are trying to drop all of your classes (or your only class), Titan Web will stop you. You should drop all but your last class; then call Registration at (920) 424-3454 for assistance. Or, if you prefer, you can send an email from your official UW Oshkosh email account to schettle@uwosh.edu.
