Interdisciplinary Studies includes specially-designed courses, which transcend traditional disciplinary lines to approach subjects from multiple perspectives. The courses, often taught cooperatively by faculty from different disciplines, are offered both in the classroom setting and through self-paced, auto-tutorial formats. Some courses are required of each of the minors comprising this program; other courses are offered as electives open to all students.
