All core public administration courses are taught by full-time tenured or tenure-track faculty members. Faculty bring both academic achievements and practical experience to the classroom, while all hold doctoral degrees in their field of study, and have strong publication records.

Faculty member publications are found in the Journal of Public Budgeting, Accounting and Financial Management; Public Budgeting and Finance; International Journal of Public Administration; Urban Affairs Review; Journal of Public Affairs Education; Nonprofit Management and Leadership; Public Personnel Management; International Journal of Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Marketing; Public Integrity; Nursing Ethics; the Journal of Applied Gerontology; JONA'S Healthcare Law, Ethics, and Regulation; Computers, Informatics, Nursing; Journal of Allied Health; Education and Urban Society; and Journal of School Choice.

Other UW Oshkosh faculty members may teach occasionally some of the elective courses.
