A case study developed by five students in the Fall 2007 Human Resource Management in the Public Sector (MPA 742) has been selected through a competitive process for inclusion in Managing Local Government: Cases in Effectiveness put out by the International City/County Managers Association (ICMA) Press. The students are Tim Styka, April Konitzer, Michael Richards, Derek Jablonicky, and Lea Kitz.
