Student Opinion Survey
The need for an All-University approach for surveying students resulted in the development of the original Student Opinion Survey form in 1987. Besides the SOS form, there are department forms available to choose from. They are listed in the drop down menus on the scheduling form.
The Student Opinion Survey (SOS) Program provides the materials instructors need to administer surveys in their classes. Survey data are collected through the use of Certified Survey Packets. Once a survey has been completed and returned to our office, our staff processes the surveys. Results are available 4 weeks after the end of the semester.
