Mr. Gregory Wypiszynski

As a 1996 graduate of the UW Oshkosh Master’s of Science - Educational Leadership program, Greg Wypiszynski has been with the Office of Graduate Studies for nine years. He completed his B.A. degree in Speech Communication from UW Whitewater in 1982. The Office of Graduate Studies is responsible for University admissions and records of all graduate students. As director, Mr. Wypiszynski oversees the operations of the office as well as being involved with broad graduate education activities such as researching and developing graduate policies, assisting with the academic and curricular actions of graduate programs and courses and facilitating the Graduate Council and Graduate Program Coordinators Group. Outside the Graduate Studies office, Greg has been a past senator and president of the University Senate of Academic Staff, served on the UW System Academic Staff Representatives Council, participated on the UW System Board of Regents Charting a New Course study and has served on many University committees. Beyond the University, Mr. Wypiszynski has dabbled in local government by serving on a city committee, has served on organization boards and participates in various community events and fundraising activities. Personally, Greg enjoys cooking and playing volleyball. His wife Jane is a Senior Lecturer also at UW Oshkosh in the Communications department. Greg and Jane have lived in Oshkosh since 1990. |
