Dr. Karen Heikel came to UW Oshkosh from Montana State
University Billings (MSUB), where she served as the Dean of the College of
Professional Studies and Lifelong Learning since 2006. Dr. Heikel received her
Ed.D. in educational policy and administration from the University of
Minnesota, Minneapolis. She received a Master of Business Administration and a
Master of Arts in education psychology from the University of Minnesota,
Duluth.
