Student Learning in On-line STEM Courses

Keynote Speakers:
Dr. Kim Kostka and Dr. David Olszewski, UW Colleges

Join us for a presentation and discussion about on-line learning and instruction, with a focus on science laboratory classes. Drs. Kostka and Olszewski will discuss their experiences developing and teaching an on-line introductory chemistry course. They will address questions regarding the types of students served by this course, student responses to the course and student success rates.

Faculty, staff, and administrators from all disciplines are invited to join this interactive statewide discussion. This event is sponsored by the UW System Women and Science Program. Contact us at wis@uwosh.edu for more information.
