How are you reaching out to diverse popluations? As an educator who has participated in the Women and Science Program or a Program event, we invite you to attend the retreat and share strategies you've developed. You are not required to report if you attend, but we would love to learn what's working for you in your curriculum! The retreat will begin at 2 PM Thursday, and conclude by Friday afternoon. Opportunities to present include talks and an informal poster session.

Spring Retreat 2006 is scheduled for May 18-19 at the Wilderness Hotel and Golf Resort in Wisconsin Dells! Cost, with the exception of travel, will be covered by the Women & Science Program. More information about the Wisconsin Dells area is available on www.wisdells.com. Rooms include 2 queen beds, a pull-out couch, refrigerator and microwave. Up to 4 complimentary water park passes are also included with each room. Thursday dinner options will include roasted pork loin with mashed potatoes and/or vegetable stir fry over rice. Both include salad, rolls, vegetable side, dessert bars and beverage. Friday brunch at 10 AM will include scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, spinach and goat cheese mini pizzas, caesar salad, assorted breads and pastries, breakfast meats, and beverages. A limited continental breakfast will be available Friday moring at 7:30 AM, and a snack break will take place Thursday afternoon at 4:00 PM and Friday at 1:00 PM.
