- Center Scholars Program (similar to WTF/S). Six faculty members all doing SoTL projects around Threshold Concepts
- Connie Schroeder is doing workshops on learner-centered classrooms, course design, assessment, etc. for faculty and academic staff
- We are beginning an investigation and overhaul of our Gen Ed program
- We are continuing to work on building learning communities among a portion of the freshmen class
- CIPD is involved in the Access to Success and Freshmen Year experiences
- New faculty orientation and year-long programs
- TA orientation and year-long programs
