Jan, here are what we hope to be the final materials needed for the accreditation team to make its final decision on accreditation for the CAP Program. If you need anything else, we will try to get it to you as soon as possible. Thanks for your guidance, your help, and your patience!

1. Adjunct Handbook: This material addresses Standard F2. We send each high school adjunct a wide variety of materials each year in the fall, or, if the class being offered is offered in the spring the adjunct is teaching for the first time in spring, we send these materials at that time. We are now sending them in a binder, and each year, we ask the adjunct to replace certain pages. We have always sent the majority of this material, but it was sent in a folder and we re-sent the same material each fall.

2. Fall Orientation for New Adjuncts: This material also addresses Standard F2. Using the materials mentioned in the previous paragraph, we meet with any new adjuncts who are able to attend a group session on campus. In fall of 2008, we met with two of the six newly approved adjuncts. We worked with the others, who were unable to come to campus because of the distance and school activities, individually.

3. Attendees at 2008 and 2009 Spring Workshop: This material addresses Standard F1. The list of attendees for our last two workshops can be found here and here. Any differences between the two lists can generally be attributed to adjunct retirements and/or schools opting out of the program for the current academic year.

4. Letters from Faculty Liaisons Verifying Syllabus and Grade Standard Consistency: We are supplying four letters from current liaisons that should address Standards C3, A1, A2, A3 and S2.

5. List of Liaison Visits: The list of fall 2007 and spring 2008 liaison visits and report submissions is included here. This material addresses Standard F3.
