New Social Justice Program

Grades 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12
The Social Justice program will provide students with in-depth group discussions on current issues that include inequalities and unjust issues in the United States of America, as well as internationally, and will seek to find solutions. Academic and personal development courses and activities will also be offered to help students prepare for college. The Social Justice Program will promote the exploration of educational endeavors and various career options, with an emphasis on developing and enhancing skills for college preparation.
*These following courses to be offered in the 2017 Social Justice Program (subject to change): English Composition, Mathematics, Race, Class and Gender, Poverty, Human Rights, Social Activism, Prejudice & Discrimination, Environment, as well as workshops in financial aid and admissions College preparatory and exploring career options.
