Technology Training web applications
Course evaluations will be provided via Plone Survey module on survey1.uwosh.edu.
Course registration will be provided via a custom Plone web application that will also provide class rosters and reports.

Class registration can be done as a Plone product. Information to be collected is shown at the existing form at
http://www.uwosh.edu/training/RegistrationForm.php
(though we can grab name, email, phone from LDAP and department, and maybe even classification from PeopleSoft eventually when someone is logged in)
Each class has a unique ID, so when a person registers for a class, the registration information shows the class' unique ID.
Registration information should be retained indefinitely.
The reports you'd like:
- a class roster showing who has registered for a specific class
- a count of how many classes were offered and how many students took classes during a specified time period
I'll look into existing Plone products that do course registrations or scheduling to see if there is a good fit.
We would also need to have the following:
- An automated email confirmation sent to those that have registered for a class.
- A way to cut off the registration after a certain number have registered (12)
- A way to put people on the waiting list automatically if the class is full
- A way to manipulate the data, say someone wants to cancel out of the class and we need to add someone from the waiting list.
