Full Description:

The Student Opinion Survey is primarily administered using ScanTron forms, but it is also administered online for distance learning courses, via UW Oshkosh's Desire2Learn course management system. The SOS office is interested in exploring how to increase the number of courses for which the SOS would be administered online, specifically for hybrid courses (those partially online and partially in person). Using D2L to administer the survey requires a cumbersome setup process each semester, and the process will not scale well for handling greater numbers of online surveys.
