Searchable faculty/staff experts database

Brief Description:
IMC would like to have a searchable editable database of faculty and staff who have agreed to be contacted by media for their expertise. Currently this database is in MS Access and is not publicly accessible nor editable.

Nathan implemented a new content type in the product uwosh.experts. Included is a search portlet that searches through only published expert content items.
